High School PHS 2014
I graduated high school on June 23rd and it didn't hit me that it was over until the ceremony started. And when I saw how teary eyed everyone got including me. I don't like seeing my friends cry because than I start to tear. I was excited to say that I finished high school and going on to college. When my assistant principal called my name I walked on to the stage nervous, and sad because this was the end. After everyone got their diploma we actaully said our goodbyes even though some people didn't mean it. I got to graduate with my friends. My best friend hugged me after the ceremony and I wanted to cry but I held it in so well. But of course after the official last day which is tomorrow I will most likely cry. Everyone in PHS is not really going that far they are still close to New York. Some are going to Boston, Delaware, Pennsylvania and etc.
The good thing about high school was how supportive everyone was most of the time. My friends were supportive of me as well as my advisor. I had some troubles through out the four years but over all it was good. I have some good memories that I've had with my advisory and also with my best friends. I've learned a lot of things that will be very useful to me later on in life. I will miss high school just not the drama. I'm proud that my class has gotten one hundred percent acceptence into college. There are a couple of people that will be attending BMCC with me. Which might be good in a way. The teachers and staff were helpful and they cared about what you was going through. They helped in every way that was possible. Even with problems that had nothing to do with school and most people would complain.
I can't forget Prom night that was fun. You got to see everyone dress up and not be dressing with jeans and a t shirt. My friends looked really nice and so did the teachers. My dad and mom did a lot to make sure I would get to Prom on time. I got to prom at 7:30 with my best friend Michelle J. We had an amazing night after prom we took pictures at Times Square. I was getting compliments about my dress which was a light pink and my shoes. The stressful part was getting the dress especially since I'm picky. I wanted this short mint color dress but couldn't get it. So I went with this light pink dress which wasn't a bad idea because I love it. Besides that picking up my friend Michelle at her house was stressful because she lives so far in Queens and there was so much traffic getting there. My friend and I looked gorgeous at prom and we took pictures with our friends and everything. I actually got to see my guy best friend at the place that my prom was at. It was funny because he was having his there too at the same time. We managed to take a picture and talk for a couple minutes. My friend and I didn't have a prom date but we went together which was even more fun then having a guy as your date.
